Who We Are

Fort Worth STEAM Academy (FWSA) is a tuition-free public charter middle school in East Fort Worth. Our mission is to prepare every student for success in high school, college, and career through a rigorous STEAM-focused education, a joyful culture of high expectations, and strong community partnerships.

As we continue to grow our school community, we are seeking an energetic, personable, and results-oriented Student Recruitment & Outreach Specialist to help more Fort Worth families learn about FWSA and support prospective families from initial interest through enrollment.

Summary

The Student Recruitment & Outreach Specialist supports FWSA's enrollment goals by connecting with prospective families, executing community-based recruitment activities, and providing consistent follow-up throughout the application and enrollment process.
