Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Likeremote.com, a job board for remote jobs in tech companies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms supplement and hereby incorporate the Likeremote Commercial Terms of Service (“Commercial Terms”) which also apply to your use of Likeremote Services. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Application" refers to the software applications, websites, channels, services, and other products that you create, distribute, promote, or operate using the Likeremote Services. "Developer Content" refers to all information, data, content, items and materials in any form which are provided or made available, approved, or linked to by or on behalf of you or End Users, through your Application or the Likeremote Services. "End Users" refers to users of your Applications. "Likeremote API" refers to Likeremote’s application programming interfaces (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, webhook, call-back, and other interfaces, services, and mechanisms made available by Likeremote which can be used to interact with the Likeremote API). "Likeremote Services" refers to the Likeremote website for developers normally accessible at developers.likeremote.com, as available and amended from time to time. "Likeremote Information" refers to any content, data and other information made available to you (or End Users) through the Likeremote API or by any other means authorized by Likeremote, and any copies and derivative works thereof.
3. Use of Likeremote Services
Likeremote grants you a licence to use the Likeremote Services in accordance with the Likeremote Developer Documentation. You may, solely as described in the Likeremote Developer Documentation, and in accordance with these Terms: (a) connect to and use the Likeremote Services in your Application; (b) use automated means in your Application to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Likeremote Services; (c) make Likeremote Information available to End Users through your Application.
4. Developer Application; Reasonable Use; Restrictions
When accessing the Likeremote Services, you will not (or allow others to): distribute, license, transfer, directly or indirectly sell, rent, syndicate, lend, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise alter, in whole or in part, the Likeremote Services, or any derivative works thereof; use the Likeremote Services for fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to the development or promotion of spyware, adware or other malicious codes or programs or to defame or harass any person; introduce viruses, malware, malicious code or other content of a harmful or destructive nature through the Application or your access or use of the Likeremote Services.
5. Confidentiality
All authentication procedures and data to which you gain access or which is provided to you in connection with your use of the Likeremote Services is the Confidential Information of Likeremote.
6. Fees
Some Likeremote features are paid. The plans and prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, under Stripe's own terms.
7. Suspension & Termination
To the extent permitted by law, Likeremote may suspend or terminate some or all Likeremote Services at any time with or without notice, for any reason, without liability to you.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW YOUR USE OF THE LIKEREMOTE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR OR ANY END USER’S USE OF THE LIKEREMOTE SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGE TO COMPUTER SYSTEMS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE.
9. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Likeremote, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, assigns and successors, and each of their officers, directors, employee, agents, advisors and shareholders from and against any third-party claim, suit or action including any liability, losses, damages (actual and/or consequential), expenses, litigation costs and reasonable attorney fees, of every kind and nature arising from or in any way related to (a) actual or alleged breach of your obligations under these Terms; (b) your use of Likeremote Services; (c) any Developer Content or data derived therefrom; or (d) the performance, promotion, sale or distribution of the Application.
10. Anti-Corruption; Export Rules
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to export control.
11. Publicity
use of our Likeremote Services in general. You may not make any public statement regarding your relationship with Likeremote or access to the Likeremote Services without Likeremote’s prior written consent.
12. Effective Date
These Terms were last updated on 16.09.2026.
13. Subscription Period and Termination
A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, we refund only the unused remaining days of your current paid period.
14. Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with any other documents incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. In the event of any inconsistency between the statements made in the body of this Agreement, the related Exhibits, and any other documents incorporated herein by reference, the following order of precedence governs: (i) first, this Agreement; and (ii) second, any other documents incorporated herein by reference.
15. Reasonable use of an unlimited plan
This section is about the subscription you buy on likeremote.com. It is not about the developer terms above. "Unlimited" on a paid plan means unlimited reasonable use: one person, looking for work for themselves. That is what we sell, and for a person doing that it really is unlimited. We do not count your searches and we do not ration your day. The following is not reasonable use, is not covered by "unlimited", and may be refused, slowed down or suspended: using software, scripts or any other automated means to work the Services; taking our listings in bulk; reselling, renting out, or otherwise passing on what your subscription gives you; letting more than one person use a single account; and trying to get around any limit, counter or safeguard the Services apply to your account. We run technical safeguards against abuse of the Services. They are there to keep the Services working for the people who pay for them. They are not part of any plan, they are not something anybody can buy more of, and we do not publish where they sit. Somebody genuinely looking for work will not meet them. If we believe an account is being used in any of the ways described above, we may contact you, restrict what the account can do, or suspend or close it under the Suspension & Termination section above.
