Good in Engineered, deployed, and managed Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) solutions to secure enterprise network traffic and enforce Zero Trust access. • Configured and maintained proxy solutions (Bluecoat) and firewall technologies to ensure secure web access and threat prevention.
Platform Operations: Administer and monitor Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).
Policy Management: Configure and tune URL filtering, firewall rules, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and threat protection settings.
Traffic Forwarding: Manage Client files, GRE tunnels, IPSec configurations, and Zscaler Client Connector deployments.
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex client connectivity, user authentication, and SSL inspection bypass challenges.
Networking & Protocols: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, and proxy architectures.
Identity & Access: Familiarity with SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SCIM provisioning.
Certifications: Zscaler Certified Cloud Security Administrator (ZCCSA) or professional equivalents are heavily preferred
