About The Job:

- To help extend our aspirations of creating a positive impact in the lives of India’s youth, we are seeking to hire an experienced business development professional who has expertise in managing customer relationship, a passion for consultative sales and fundamental knowledge of the Education sector.
- Zonal Head will engage with decision makers from academic institutions and help them transform the lives of their students with help of Client iON products and platforms.
- Role will be entrepreneurial with P&L responsibility across zone and act as a Brand Ambassador for Client iON products
- Evangelizing Client iON's learning products, platforms & services
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all Client iON products, platforms and services for higher education industry
- Build relationship and establish trust among key stakeholders of identified academic institutions by advocating what’s best for their students and colleges
- Create and Review Targeted GTM Universe – End to End Sales pipeline management from Suspect to Closure
- Consult decision makers of academic institutions - Understand needs and convince management effectively by articulating product value propositions
- Provide and review revenue projections provided by EEs in Zone - achieve and strive to exceed quarterly targets set by Client management
- 12 to 18 years of overall work experience
- Deep passion for customer interaction and solving their challenges
- Fundamental knowledge of education sector in India, particularly higher education.
- Managed relationship with key customers in India and has a consultative approach towards sales
- Excellent written & verbal communication, executive presentations and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and growth
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and negotiation skills
- Flexible for extensive domestic travel in India, as needed.
