About The Client:
Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.
About The Job:
- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales & Distribution Leader with over 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
- The role involves driving top-line growth, managing large distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams across multi-channel environments including Agency, Bancassurance
- Lead and manage sales operations across West and South zones for bancassurance and agency business.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business targets and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners and stakeholders.
- Drive business expansion through open architecture bancassurance and hybrid agency models.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and mentor regional and branch heads to build a high-performing sales team.
- Implement innovative sales strategies and market expansion plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for growth.
- Oversee cost management and ensure optimal product mix for sustainable profitability.
- Experience: Minimum 20+ years in Life Insurance Sales, with significant exposure to Agency & Bancassurance leadership roles.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing multi-zone operations, and leading large sales teams.
