Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilledZip Implementation Consultant with strong expertise inIntake-to-Pay (I2P) processes to support procurement transformation initiatives. This role will focus on implementing and optimizingZip procurement workflows, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to drive scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end implementation of Zip across intake, approvals, and procurement workflows.
• Design, configure, and optimizeIntake-to-Pay (I2P) processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate withFinance, Accounting, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate Zip withERP systems, procurement tools, and financial platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks, ensuring process consistency and audit readiness.
• Analyze current workflows and recommendprocess improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
• Work effectively infast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing execution with structure.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience inprocurement systems, Intake-to-Pay, or P2P implementations.
• Hands-on experience withZip (procurement/intake platform) implementation.
• Strong understanding ofERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Experience working closely withFinance and Accounting teams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions.
• Experience inprocess design, workflow automation, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-growing, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inhigh-growth or startup environments.
• Background inprocurement transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity withAP/AR, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
