Zaxby's Cooks and Cashiers: (*Must be 16 to apply for all positions)*Sunday Availability REQUIRED - please!
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assemble and package menu items to company standards.
- Responsible for prepping all food items to company standards.
- Responsible for holding and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines & company standards.
- Regularly keeping restaurant stocked with necessary items to run smooth shifts
- Generates additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest.
- Enter guests ordersaccurately into the POS system.
- Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
- Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.
- Informs management when any back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed.
- Responsible for keeping restaurant clean, including kitchen, storage areas, dining room and back of house areas.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to company standards.
- In-store training program included - increase potential up to .50 upon training completion
- Walking or standing for extended periods of time
