What’s the role?

You’ll lead5 - 8 restaurants and ~200 Nandocas, creating environments where people grow, teams thrive, and customers feel the Nando’s magic.

You’re not on the sidelines - you’re in it. Out in restaurants, leading where it matters most, and owning your diary, your rhythm, and how you create impact. You’ll do this as part of a connected team of Area Managers, building a strong region together.

What you’ll be doing:

This is ahands-on, talent-centric leadership role focused ongrowth, potential and real human impact.

You’ll:

• Buildhigh-performing, engaged teams

• Developfuture leaders from within (our best leaders are grown, not hired)

• Coach and support Restaurant Managers tolift capability and confidence

• Support Recruitment and drive talent, succession and internal development, building strong bench strength for the future

• Driveculture, performance and consistency across your area

• Work as part of acollaborative team of Area Managers, sharing ideas and building a strong region together

• Partner closely with yourPeople Partner and Regional General Manager to drive alignment and momentum in restaurants

• Lead acrosscustomer, people, safety, operations, sales and profit outcomes

• Identify opportunities toimprove performance, grow sales and strengthen your area

• Bring energy and the Nando’s spirit intokey moments, events and leadership experiences
