About the Role

岗位职责：
需求翻译与探索 (Requirement Translation)
-深入业务一线，通过访谈和观察，挖掘业务痛点；
-协助将模糊的业务想法转化为清晰的功能需求文档（BRD/User Stories），绘制流程图和原型图，成为开发人员听得懂的“翻译官”。
敏捷项目协作 (Agile Collaboration)
-参与敏捷开发流程，作为业务代表协助开发团队澄清需求细节；
-跟踪项目进度，识别潜在风险，确保技术方案真正解决业务问题。
数据驱动洞察 (Data-Driven Insight)
-利用 SQL、Excel 或 BI 工具（如 PowerBI/Tableau）提取和分析业务数据，验证假设，为产品迭代提供数据支持；
-学习并理解保险核心数据模型（保单、客户、理赔），培养对数据敏感度和治理意识。
用户验收与推广 (UAT & Adoption)
-协助制定测试用例，参与用户验收测试（UAT），确保交付质量；
-编写用户手册，向内部业务伙伴演示新功能，收集反馈并推动持续优化。

岗位要求：
−全日制硕士及以上学历，计算机科学领域（AI）专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
