Your Team:

This role sits within the KYC team, reporting into the KYC Team Lead/Manager. The team onboards new retail clients and performs ongoing KYC checks across IG's retail client base, working closely with Compliance, Sales, and wider Operations. KYC Analysts bring a layer of experience and quality oversight above the Associate population.

Your role in the Team’s Success:

IG is growing its retail KYC team in Kraków, and this role owns the more complex end of client onboarding. As a KYC Analyst, you'll handle higher-risk and exception cases, support and guide junior colleagues, and help keep onboarding fast, accurate, and compliant as our retail client base grows.

 What you’ll do:

• 1–2 years' experience performing KYC/AML activities, ideally within retail financial services.
• Strong risk awareness (operational, compliance, and reputational), problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel; comfortable working with data and operational reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Confident handling client queries and resolving complaints through at least one channel (email, phone, or other communication channels), with good judgement on escalation.

What You'll Need:

• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring junior team members.
• Exposure to process improvement, quality assurance, or audit work.
• Experience partnering with internal or external audit teams.
• Experience using AI tools to support day-to-day work.
