Job Description

• Analyze and gatheruser requirements to prepare system documentation
• Designuser journey, high level solution,data flow,  activity diagrams , CDN config , eventlog and Key Corelang for myAIS App
• Translatebusiness requirements intotechnical specifications for the development and QA team
• Review and testAPI functionality which integrate between myAIS-Loyalty  and legacy systems
• SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and overseepost-production validation
• participate inproduct training sessions andtechnical workshops to enhance product expertise
• Collaborate with technical teams toensure product specifications meet customerexpectations and project timelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 7 years of combined experience inSystem Analysis andSoftware Development
• In-depth understanding of Flutter Application , TMF structure  andKafka Topic design
• Expertise inuser journey, high level solution,data flow,  activity diagrams ,CDN config , eventlog and Key Corelang for myAIS App creation
• Proficient in preparing comprehensive documentation such asWI for operation, Kafka Topic Specification, andSystem Flow
• Experienced in usingPostman,Swagger, andversion control systems (Git)
• Skilled indatabase design and management, includingMySQL,MongoDB, andMSSQL
• Excellentanalytical thinking,problem-solving, andcommunication skills bridging technical and business teams
• Experienced inteam leadership and managingsub-projects
• Committed to enhancing system efficiency and continuously learning new technologies
