CAE is seeking a Fleet Planner to join the team at the Savannah TrainingCenter.Thispositionisresponsibleformaintainingandexecutingtheday-to-dayplanningandschedulingofclienttrainingactivitieswhilebalancingcustomerrequirements,regulatorycompliance,operationalefficiency,andemployeeresourceallocation.
Manageandexecutedailyclienttrainingschedulesforassignedaircraftplatforms.
Scheduleandcoordinateinstructortrainingactivities,includingbooking,authorizationtracking,qualificationtracking,andresourceallocation.
PartnerwithTrainingManagerstoensurecustomertrainingrequirements,courseprograms,employeeresources,andbookinginformationareaccurateandalignedwithoperationalneeds.
CollaboratewithTrainingManagerstosupportthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofcoursecatalogsandensurecoursesareaccuratelyenteredintoschedulingsystems.
Allocateinstructor,simulator,andtrainingresourcestosupporttrainingdeliverywhilebalancingclientneeds,regulatoryrequirements,operationalgoals,andemployeework-lifeconsiderations.
Proactivelyidentifyschedulingchallengesanddevelopalternativesolutionstosupporttrainingdeliveryandcustomersatisfaction.
MonitorregulatoryrequirementsandensuretrainingschedulescomplywithapplicableNationalAviationAuthority(NAA)regulationsandCAErequirements.
Serveastheprimaryowneroftheregulatoryconflictresolutionprocessrelatedtotrainingscheduling.
Adaptschedulesandresourceassignmentstoaddresschangingpriorities,customerrequests,cancellations,andemployeeabsences.
CommunicateregularlywithTrainingManagers,Sales,CustomerService,andFleetPlanningcolleaguestoaddresstrainingrequirementsandschedulingneeds.
Identifyopportunitiestoimprovescheduleutilizationandoperationalefficiencywhilesupportingrevenueretentionandcustomersatisfaction.
WorkindependentlyastheSavannah-basedFleetPlannerwhilecollaboratingwithFleetPlanningteamsacrossmultiplelocations.
OccasionallyprovidecoverageandsupportforClientServicesRepresentativeresponsibilities,whichmayincludefrontdesksupportwhenneeded.
ParticipateininitialtrainingdeliveredatanotherCAElocation,whichmayincludetraveltoNewJerseyorDallasforseveralweeks.

MinimumQualifications
2-5yearsofaviationindustryexperienceorexperienceinarelatedoperationalscheduling,planning,logistics,ortrainingcoordinationenvironment.
Experiencecoordinatingschedules,resources,ortrainingactivitiesinaregulatedenvironment.
Abilitytointerpretandapplyregulations,policies,andproceduralrequirements.
Strongorganizationalskillswithattentiontodetailandaccuracy.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandrespondeffectivelytochangingbusinessdemands.
Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytocollaborateacrossfunctionsandlocations.
Experienceusingscheduling,planning,orbusinesssystems.
Abilitytoworkindependentlywithlimitedsupervision.
Abilitytotraveloutofstateforseveralweeksduringinitialtraining.
Availabilitytoworkafull-timescheduleof40hoursperweek.

PreferredQualifications
Bachelor'sdegree.
Experienceinaviationtrainingoperations,flighttraining,simulatorscheduling,orrelatedaviationenvironments.
KnowledgeofNationalAviationAuthority(NAA)regulationsorcomparableregulatoryrequirements.
Experiencecoordinatinginstructorqualifications,trainingrecords,orcertificationtracking.
Experiencecollaboratingwithcustomer-facingteams,salesorganizations,ortrainingmanagementteams.
Demonstratedabilitytodevelopcreativesolutionstocomplexschedulingandresourceallocationchallenges.
Experiencesupportingcoursecatalogmanagementorlearning/trainingadministrationsystems.
Experience supporting course catalog management or learning/training administration systems.
