Sr. Solutions Architect

Job Summary: 

The SolutionsSpecialistis responsible for working closely with clients, understanding their businessobjectives, and designing customized solutions to meet their needs. They mustpossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex challenges andprovide innovative recommendations. This role requires excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey solutions to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, technicalexpertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. 

Responsibilities: 

• Translates the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs forlarge complex technology solutions and integrating architecture. 

• Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.  

• Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites. This position should be used for individuals who are actively andyearly meeting with and presenting to clients.  

• Individuals who are coding and building system prototypes or demos based on specifications provided and do not have direct client contact should be matched to Systems Programming.  

• Individuals who are developing new products or enhancements to existing products that are not client-specific should be matched to roles in the Engineering functional area.  

• Employees focused on advising clients on how to set up their systems to be secure and/orproviding consulting and outsourcing services should be matched to this position or to Technology Consulting.

• Strong computer skills, includingproficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s/master's degree in business, computer science,engineering, or related discipline 

• 7+ years’ experience in leading a cross-functional and collaborative team.
