Analyst, Transformation Specialist & Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation & AI Enablement

• Support the exploration, monitoring the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered operational tools (e.g., document extraction, intent identification, and process automations).
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing operational workflows.
• Monitor the efficacy of automated tools and refine logic/parameters to improve accuracy and throughput.

2. Operational Transformation & Innovation

• Support the exploration and identification of new initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows, specifically focusing on increasing Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual touchpoints through digital adoption and process re-engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies for emerging digital solutions, balancing operational risk with the potential for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional "squads" to design and prototype scalable, empathy-driven solutions that transition operations from traditional manual processing to digital-first models.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Prior experience with Generative AI tools or Intelligent Automation (e.g. RPA/OCR) is a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex problems into structured solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.
