Project Manager – EPM Implementation

Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Project Manager - EPM Implementation with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team in Asia. 

1. Who You Are: 

• 5-10 years of experience in delivering technology and business projects, with proven experience managing large and complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on implementing Anaplan or similar business planning tools.

• Strong understanding of planning and analysis processes.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an advantage if proficient in additional languages.

• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.

• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Anaplan or other certifications are a plus.

• ClickUp experience is a plus.  

2. What You Will Do: 

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Effectively manage project scope, risks, and issues to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

• Support Solution Architect & delivery teams with the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan, ensuring the successful deployment of the tool in alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations related to Anaplan implementation.

• Foster effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and solicit feedback.

Team Leadership:

• Coordinate with internal and external teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to Anaplan implementation.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the Anaplan platform.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Anaplan configurations, processes, and best practices.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes ensure build meets the specified requirements and deliver accurate and reliable results.
