Youth Program Coordinator - K-5

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Coordinator for our primary school members in grades K-5. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and guiding our youth development assistants, assisting with homework, organizing fun recreational activities, and implementing programming from the Boys & Girls Club of America.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care is our top priority, and building positive relationships with both families and youth is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, preferably in a camp or sports coaching setting. Experience in Childhood Education or a related field would be a valuable asset for this role. If you are energetic and inspiring, we'd love to hear from you.
