Located on 24 beautiful acres, Highpoint is a residential treatment program for boys and young men ages 11–21 who need support navigating behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.

You'll help students develop coping skills, make positive choices, build healthy relationships, and work toward a brighter future.

PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

Pay: $22.00–$25.25 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials of $0.82 or $2.75 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Build positive relationships and serve as a role model.
• Help students develop self-control, coping skills, and decision-making skills.
• Encourage accountability, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
• Work with teachers, clinicians, and other professionals to support student progress.
