 As aSales Office Managerbased in Brimsdownyou’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing a team of 7, this includes being responsible the Sales Advisor on the Trade Counter.
• Supporting with team development and performance reviews.
• Sales and Margin growth and supporting the GM with all aspects of the P&L.
• Managing large projects and call-off orders for our customers.
• Ensuring the team are proactive in following up quotes and making proactive calls.
• Building relationships with all our key stakeholders. Customers, External Sales Teams, Suppliers and Internal business functions.
• Supporting the branch with all KPI’s outlined by the business.
• Working closely with the GM & Ops Manager to ensure we provide our customers with a first class service.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.Bi-weekly shift pattern of 7.30am to 16.30pm and then 8.00am to 5pm.
