JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

JOB SUMMARY:

A Support Services Tech is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a specific job site within STHS. Responsibilities include but not limited to moving, securing, installing, building, loading, and unloading materials.Performs various physical duties as assigned. Maintain all safety standards. Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment. Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor. Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required

Must have a valid and current state issued driver’s license. Must maintain and provide proof of automobile insurance (at own expense) in amounts which meet at least the minimum liability coverage limits required by the state of their residence. Clearance of driving record check. Driving records shall not contain any of the following within the past 3 years (see policy):

• 3 or more moving violations

• 2 or more accidents

• 1 major violation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must possess good physical health.  Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.  Lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Constant (67%-100%) - reaching, talking,handling/feeling, hearing, seeing
Frequently (34%-66%) - NONE
Occasionally (1%-33%) - lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, balancing, climbing (stairs, ladders, etc), crouching, stooping, crawling
