Lead board bring-up and debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power supplies, and other laboratory equipment.
Characterize signal quality, noise, interference, power behavior, and system performance in realistic wearable conditions
Build test plans and automated or semi-automated validation workflows for prototype hardware.
Collaborate with firmware and algorithms engineers to expose reliable sensor data and diagnose end-to-end system issues
Work with mechanical and industrial design partners to package sensors, boards, connectors, and flexes within compact wearable form factors
Translate experimental prototypes into robust designs suitable for repeated builds, field studies, and productization
Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly through design reviews, documentation, test reports, and concise engineering updates
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, power delivery, signal integrity, sensor interfaces, embedded hardware, and battery-operated systems
Knowledge of EEG and biopotential signal acquisition, including low-noise analog front ends and signal integrity considerations
Knowledge of signal processing fundamentals, including sampling, filtering, and spectral analysis
