Job Description

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries and competitor analysis to uncover pains, needs and business constraints (customers, staff, collectors). 

• Design E2E customer, staff and collector journeys for debt collection and related banking processes; map touchpoints, moments of truth, and handoffs across channels. 

• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, interaction flows, prototypes and design specs that are usable, accessible and aligned with brand guidelines. 

• Partner with Data and Analytics to use metrics, qualitative feedback and A/B test results to validate designs and iterate. 

• Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, Engineers, QA and Change Management to translate UX into user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready designs. 

• Plan and run usability tests, pilot sessions and UAT support; synthesize findings and drive actionable improvements. 

• Contribute to and maintain design system components, pattern libraries and UI guidelines ensuring consistency and scalability. 

• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and regulatory/security requirements relevant to banking and collections. 

Job Qualifications : 

• Experience 3–6+ years UX/UI experience; demonstrated work on banking, financial services, digital banking or debt collection products preferred. 

• Strong showing end‑to‑end design work: journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing and measurable outcomes. 

• Proficient with design & prototyping tools, research tools, and collaboration platforms. 

• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management; ability to present design rationale to non‑designers. 

• Agile mindset, collaborative, resilient, and able to operate in fast‑paced environments. 

• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments, facilitating requirement discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
