Role summary:

 SAP CO Consultant

Digitalization is a strategic priority for ROCKWOOL. The CO Consultant ensures stability, performance, and alignment of Controlling processes with Group standards during both support and project activities.

Reporting Structure

Team Members:

·         The CO Consultant reportsfunctionally to oneFunctional Manager (Product Managers or Functional Team Lead) who oversees domain-specific development, skill growth, and cooperates in relation to the performance evaluation.

·         The SAP CO Consultant reportsoperationally to theSAP Support sub team – Team Lead, who coordinates day-to-day activities, ensures alignment with SAP teams goals, and facilitates team cohesion.

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:  

·       Ensure SAP CO solutions follow Group standards

·       Act as subject matter expert in CO

·       Deliver support under SLA

·       Translate business requirements into SAP solutions

·       Maintain standardized data structures across OPCOs

·       Ensure proper documentation and compliance

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Core Functional Scope

·       Cost center accounting

·       Internal orders

·       Product costing (CO-PC)

·       Profitability analysis (CO-PA)

·       Cost Element Accounting and Overhead Allocation

·       Planning, Budgeting, allocations, assessments & settlements.

·       Month-end & year-end Closing.

Required Skills & Experience  
 

Skills & Experience – Essential 

·       Bachelor's degree

·       3-5 years SAP CO experience

·       Strong CO configuration knowledge

·       Good communication and documentation skills

·       Fluent English

Skills & Experience - Desirable 

• Good communication and people skills – experience dealing with users from various nationalities
• Experience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Industry experience in Sales department will be added advantage.
