Service Engineer

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Technical support: understand customer requirements and provide technical support
• Oversee installation and commissioning of separation equipment
• Take over service projects and field services execution upon confirmation
• Meet customer for technical discussion and service / field service execution
• Service Separation equipment including Minor Service & Major Service
• Troubleshooting the control system / Mechanical / Electrical
• Manage service job within the stipulated budget  
• Preparation for Instruction Manuals and Training of Operational / Maintenance Personnel.
• Ensure safety adherence of all colleagues and contractors involved in the site works
• Equipment/plant commissioning and operator training
• Prepare daily timesheets and service report

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Open for fresh graduates
• Process knowledge in palm oil industrial will be an advantage
• Good oral, written and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English language are essential
• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proactive, Independent, highly motivated and open-minded
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients
• Good oral, written and presentation skills would be desirable
• Able to travel occasionally for short duration of 10-15 days per month throughout Sarawak
• Position will be based in Bintulu
• Musthave Class D driver’s licence
• Must be hands on.
