Work Experiences:No experience necessary - we will train.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
- Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
- If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
- Ability to make decisions quickly withConfidence.
- Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
- Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Attendance
- Must be able to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Have basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
- Occasionally required to sit
- Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.
