The Role

We are looking for aGrowth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform.

You will work at the intersection ofgrowth, product, and operations, helping us attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement.

This role is ideal for students interested inAI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth.

What You'll Do

• Help design and executeuser acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams

• Assist withuser onboarding and activation programs

• Supportuser engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities

• Analyze growth metrics such asuser acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement

• Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance

• Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience

• Collect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.

• Strong interest inAI, startups, or developer platforms

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data

• Comfortable usingExcel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience withgrowth, marketing, or community operations

• Familiarity withAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)

• Basic knowledge ofSQL, Python, or data analysis

• Interest inAI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms
