Tills - Customer Service Desk Supervisor

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a professional support to the Customer Service Desk.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the department to succeed. 

Rota: Alternate Tuesdays 09:00-18:00, alternate Thursdays 09:00-18:00 with alternate weekends Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 09:00-17:30

Main duties and responsibilities:
 

• Manning the customer service desk
• Dealing with customers as first point of contact
• Raising Stock and Credit requests
• Telephone management
• Providing advice to customers
• Managing Till operations

To be successful in this role, we are looking for people:

• Excellent computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Previous experience in similar environment desired.
