Our Client 
Our client is a well-established wholesale glass distribution and processing company serving a diverse range of industries throughout New Zealand. With over 30 years of industry experience, the company offers a wide range of glass products and processing services. 

With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer service, the companyoperates from a purpose-built processing and distribution facility equipped with modern technology, software systems, and advanced glass processing equipment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Daily invoicing and Xero exporting. 

• Daily order confirmations emailed to clients. 

• Order importing from EDI sites. 

• Order entry from customer drawings. 

• Manual order entry from customer emails. 

• Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox. 

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. 

Your Background 

• Good English communication skills. 

• Relevant experience in customer service and order entry. 

• Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ability to manage customer enquiries and order requests via email.
