Mission

As a Data Analyst - Operations, you will help our Operations teams understand and improve the day-to-day performance of YEGO's mobility service.

Reporting to the Head of Data, you will work closely with Operations and city teams to provide them with reliable KPIs, dashboards and analyses covering fleet performance, vehicle availability, operational activities and service efficiency.

You will progressively become a key partner for Operations, helping teams understand their performance, answer operational questions and identify opportunities for improvement through data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards to monitor key operational KPIs.

• Monitor fleet and city performance and identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement.

• Analyse operational activities such as vehicle availability, relocations, battery swaps, maintenance and interventions.

• Produce recurring operational reporting and help improve and automate existing reporting processes.

• Support Operations and city teams with ad hoc analyses to answer day-to-day business questions.

• Help assess the impact of operational initiatives and process changes.

• Work with dbt to build and maintain reliable datasets and business metrics.

• Perform data quality checks and help ensure operational KPIs remain accurate and trusted.

• Translate analyses into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to improving our analytics tools, documentation and internal data processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of SQL and a willingness to become highly proficient with it.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis.

• Familiarity with data visualisation and Business Intelligence tools.

• Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis concepts.

• Ability to work with large datasets and turn business questions into structured analyses.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of data quality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and interacting directly with operational teams.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.

• Ability to work and communicate professionally in Spanish, French and English.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or first experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Operations Analytics.

• Experience with dbt or data modelling.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

• Experience with mobility, logistics, marketplaces or another operationally intensive business.

Salario

Range : 35-45k brutos anuales
