PJ's at SentryWorld isseeking an energetic and enthusiastic Hosts (Less Than 20 hours and On-call) to join our team. We work as a small team and havevery high standards of service, meaning we work hard and with precision, whiledelivering on our hospitality standards of customer service.

WhatYou’ll Do 

As aHost/Hostess, you will: 

• Graciously greet guests, escort them to theirtable and provide menus  

• Manage seating chart andmonitor restaurant activity todetermine seating and dining flow 

• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volumes to accuratelyestablish waiting time estimates for guests 

• Address any issues/complaints from guests and offer solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Informmanagers orsupervisor of any issues. 

• Routinely inspectrestaurant to ensure a clean and sanitary dining experience 

What it Takes 

•  Age requirement of 16+required 

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience 

• 0-2 years of related hospitality experience preferred 

• Excellent communication and guest relationship skills 

• Organized and effective work style 

• Strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks 

• Ability to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
