It leads the transformation needed to translate the Global Cybersecurity Strategy, enterprise services and Asia priorities into practical changes that business and technology teams can adopt and sustain. Combining security expertise with change leadership, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, the role strengthens security ownership across markets, builds trust, improves engagement pathways and applies risk-based judgement to portfolio and functional priorities. It partners with the enterprise Change Enablement CoE and applies Manulife's Change Enablement Framework.

Security behavior and culture

  • Lead security behavior and culture initiatives that build security understanding, confidence and shared accountability across Asia business and technology teams
  • Use role-relevant learning, behavioral insights, practical scenarios and timely reinforcement to embed secure behaviors into everyday decisions, onboarding and delivery practices
  • Use data and feedback to identify behavioral risks and friction points, measure outcomes and improve interventions

Process reengineering and prioritization

  • Map and reengineer cybersecurity processes and stakeholder journeys to remove duplication, delay and unclear accountability, while preserving security outcomes and improving efficiency and experience
  • Clarify service entry points, responsibilities, hand-offs, decision rights, information needs and expected outcomes
  • Establish transparent intake, triage and prioritization using risk, regulatory urgency, dependencies, business value, stakeholder impact, effort and capacity
  • Maintain visibility of demand, commitments, bottlenecks and deferred needs, using portfolio, adoption and process data to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
