Role: Software Developer - Node.js / Java Developer

Employment: Contract - Inside IR35

Location: Krakow,PL - Hybrid

Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java
Relational database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL (data modelling, query optimisation)
Web UI development experience (modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks)
Agentic application engineering knowledge, including orchestration of autonomous AI agents
Integration pattern expertise (e.g., MCP, tool/function calling, API design)
Production engineering mindset (security, resilience, performance, observability, automated testing)
Solution design and architecture skills for internal platforms and tooling

Strong English communication skills and stakeholder collaboration in a global environment
