Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for an experiencedProduct Owner / Lead Business Analyst to play a key role in a critical Product 2.0 STIBO STEP to Syndigo migration. The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail domain, knowledge in retail product workflows and applications, strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for integration projects, focusing on PIM and PCM applications, integrations and database dependencies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and actionable technical specifications
• Assess database structures, table relationships, and data flows to support integration initiatives
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT with 5+ years in Business Analysis
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Lead BA with a focus on PIM and PCM models and applications in retail domain
• Solid understanding of SQL, database structures, and table relations
• Solid understanding of API requirements and integration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
