System Architect - Secure AI Productivity & Modern Endpoints with Microsoft 365

We are seeking aSystem Architect to design and deliver secure AI-powered workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Endpoint technologies, while contributing to the growth of our Microsoft Competency Center through knowledge sharing, offering development and practice enablement.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities for projects focused on secure AI-powered workplace solutions involving Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent365, Entra ID, Purview, Intune, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Analyze customer business requirements, map them to relevant Microsoft Modern Work, Security and AI capabilities, and develop conceptual architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses by designing value-driven solutions and defining implementation approaches, effort estimates, technical assumptions and architecture justification
• Design Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Endpoint solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, security and user experience, and lead engineering teams implementing them for customers
• Lead technical design sessions and guide implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, security, compliance and alignment with Microsoft cloud architecture standards
• Assess Microsoft 365 Copilot and agentic AI readiness and design unified governance and security for enterprise agents using Microsoft Agent 365
• Implement PoCs or MVPs to validate proposed architectures and demonstrate business value
• Ensure successful delivery through architecture oversight, governance and alignment with enterprise IT, security and compliance standards; partner with business and engineering stakeholders to support adoption of Microsoft AI Business Solutions
• Co-lead the Modern Work / AI-powered Workplace stream and contribute to Security and AI expert communities within the Microsoft Competency Center
• Share architectural insights, reusable assets, reference implementations and best practices across Microsoft 365, Agentic AI governance and Modern Endpoint technologies
• Mentor engineers and consultants to strengthen organizational capability in designing and implementing Microsoft AI Business Solutions
• Develop solution offerings, assessments, blueprints and delivery accelerators focused on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Secure AI Productivity and Modern Endpoint technologies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, with strong background in at least two of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online / OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
• Proficiency in at least two of: Microsoft Intune, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop, including modern endpoint management and security concepts
• Expertise in Entra ID including hybrid identity, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Governance and related premium capabilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, including readiness, Microsoft 365 data and permissions model, security, compliance and deployment considerations
• Understanding of Microsoft Purview capabilities relevant to securing Microsoft 365 and Copilot
• Knowledge of Copilot extensibility, agents and Microsoft Agent 365 governance
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and broader Microsoft Security capabilities
• Skills in Azure infrastructure, integration and DevOps practices
• Understanding of AI agent architecture and integration concepts including REST, MCP and agent-to-agent patterns
• Knowledge of Adoption and Change Management methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR
