Your Day to Day

• Create engaging visual assets for Education Business Unit social media channels (Instagram, TikTok) and other digital platforms.
• Translate content briefs and ideas into strong, visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and communication objectives.
• Develop creative concepts, key visuals, and design directions for campaigns, programs, and brand initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc design requests from other divisions, including marketing materials, event collaterals, and presentations.
• Support the design and development of Education Business Unit website, including banners, landing pages, and visual assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across social media, website, offline materials, and all brand touchpoints.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, and digital trends, proactively bringing fresh visual ideas relevant to the target audience.

Who We're Looking for : 

• +3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media, digital marketing, or consumer-facing brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, digital campaigns, and branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other relevant design tools.
• Proficiency in Figma for website and digital design is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color, and branding principles.
• Able to translate briefs and business objectives into clear and compelling visual concepts.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific design requirements.
