Offit Kurman isseeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to joinour growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for anattorney looking to handle sophisticated matters while working alongsideexperienced attorneys in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidatewill have a strong commercial litigation background, with experience in one ormore of the following areas:

• Lender-side foreclosures
• Bankruptcy and creditors’ rights
• Loan workouts and restructurings
• Real estate litigation
• General commercial and business disputes

Candidates should haveexperience handling substantive aspects of litigation, including legal researchand analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, communicatingwith clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with matters through resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills
• New York and/or New Jersey admission and experience
