Delivery Manager - Microsoft Dynamics

We're seeking a skilledDelivery Manager to oversee complex Microsoft Dynamics projects from start to finish at EPAM Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Tenant migration projects (D365 F&SCM, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure)
• Develop delivery plans, including estimates for timeframes, quality standards, and resource quantities
• Define criteria related to deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
• Ensure delivery management processes align with the chosen delivery model
• Maintain appropriate software development processes and engineering standards
• Build lasting client relationships while managing expectations effectively
• Serve as the primary contact for all delivery matters, such as escalations, upsells, and ramp-downs
• Drive tangible value by proposing innovative technology-driven solutions for differentiation, efficiency, and enhanced user experiences
• Get involved in pre-sales efforts, connecting with new clients and securing new business
• Develop revenue forecasts and resource planning for engagements
• Oversee cross-functional teams (both EPAM and client-side) throughout the project, from planning through go-live
• Drive team motivation and coach or oversee how managers and team leaders do the same
• Support the growth of MS Dynamics competencies and talent pool within Ukraine

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing delivery or projects at an enterprise level
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
• Background in Microsoft Tenant Migration
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, and Azure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are a strong plus
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
• Experience with change management and large-scale enterprise migrations
• Industry knowledge (Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
