Delivery Manager - Microsoft Dynamics

We're seeking a skilledDelivery Manager to oversee complex Microsoft Dynamics projects from start to finish at EPAM Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete delivery lifecycle for Microsoft Tenant migration projects (D365 F&SCM, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure)
• Develop delivery plans that include estimations for timelines, quality standards, and resource quantities
• Define criteria related to deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
• Guarantee process governance in delivery management according to the chosen delivery model
• Verify that appropriate software development processes and engineering standards are implemented
• Build lasting client relationships while managing their expectations
• Serve as the primary contact for all delivery-related issues, including escalations, upsells, and ramp-downs
• Create measurable value through innovative technology solutions that drive marketing differentiation, boost efficiency, and enhance user experiences
• Get involved in pre-sales efforts, connecting with new clients and securing new business
• Develop forecasts for engagement revenue and resource allocation
• Oversee cross-functional teams from both EPAM and clients throughout the project, from planning through go-live
• Drive motivation initiatives and coach or verify how managers and team leaders execute similar efforts
• Support the growth of MS Dynamics competencies and talent pipeline within Ukraine

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing delivery/projects for enterprise-level initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
• Background in Microsoft Tenant Migration
• Practical experience using Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, and Azure
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management expertise
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a strong plus
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
• Experience with change management and large-scale enterprise migrations
• Industry knowledge (Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
