Delivery Manager - Microsoft Dynamics

EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services, partnering with top-tier companies worldwide. We are looking for an experiencedDelivery Manager to lead complex Microsoft Dynamics projects end-to-end at EPAM Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery of Microsoft Tenant migration projects (D365 F&SCM, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure)
• Build delivery plans with estimations on timeframes, quality, and quantity of resources required
• Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
• Assure governance of processes in delivery management as per selected delivery model
• Ensure proper software development processes and engineering standards are in place
• Client Management & Business Development:
• Establish long-term partnerships with clients and manage their expectations
• Act as a single point of responsibility for any delivery-related matters, including escalations, upsells, and ramp-downs
• Generate visible added value by suggesting innovative solutions that leverage technology for marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
• Participate in pre-sales activities, engaging new clients and landing new business opportunities
• Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts
• Manage cross-functional EPAM and client teams from planning to go-live
• Perform motivation actions and coach/verify how the same is performed by managers and team leaders
• Contribute to MS Dynamics competencies and talent pool growth in Ukraine

Requirements

• 5+ years in delivery/project management of enterprise-level projects
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) knowledge
• Microsoft Tenant Migration experience
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, Azure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications highly appreciated
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
• Change management & large-scale enterprise migration experience
• Domain expertise (Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
