GE헬스케어 성남 초음파 연구소에서 애플리케이션 및 시스템 소프트웨어 개발을 주도하는 포지션을 채용합니다. 소프트웨어 설계, 개발, 테스트 및 디버깅을 수행하며 제품 기능 개선과 시스템 고도화를 위한 핵심 기술 개발에 참여합니다. 다양한 팀과 협업하여 안정적이고 효율적인 소프트웨어 환경을 구축하는 중요한 포지션이므로 영어커뮤니케이션이 가능한 후보자를 선호합니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components and features.
• Take ownership of specific modules or components, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and team members to implement system designs.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to system integration and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Participate in technical discussions and design reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

​Quality Specific Goals:

• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7~12 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in software development, lifecycle and testing methodologies.         
• Strong experience in object-oriented design methodology and programming languages, including C++, C#, or similar
• Experience in application development, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related computer field
• Experience in application development using modern frameworks and development tools
• Experience in integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Experience with API development and system integration
• Experience with UI frameworks (WPF, Qt).
• Experience in microservices or modular architecture
• Experience in Git-based collaboration workflows
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
