SECTION I: Job Summary
The QA/QC Supervisor oversees day-to-day quality control activities across all site disciplines, supervising QC Inspectors, coordinating inspection and test plan execution, and ensuring consistent application of quality standards and procedures.
SECTION II: Job Analysis
Duties & Responsibilities
·        Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines.
·        Ensure inspections, tests, and hold points are executed per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
·        Review daily QC inspection reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
·        Coordinate hold point notifications and inspection scheduling with client/third-party inspectors.
·        Support the QC Manager in managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and corrective actions.
·        Conduct quality walkdowns and spot-check inspections across active work fronts.
·        Verify calibration and control of inspection and test equipment used by the QC team.
·        Coordinate training and technical guidance for QC Inspectors on inspection procedures and standards.
·        Liaise with construction supervision to resolve quality-related work front issues.
·        Support preparation and compilation of quality documentation for handover dossiers.
·        Report quality performance, trends, and issues to the QC Manager.
·        Support internal quality audits and readiness for client/third-party audits.

SECTION V: Required Experience and Education

Experience
·         8–10 years of experience in quality control on EPC/industrial construction projects, including supervisory experience.
Education
·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a related field.
·         QC/inspection certification preferred.
