Kitting

Parallel Employment is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for a Kitting position at our client's facility in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Pack components into kits for production lines
• Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Label and package kits appropriately for delivery to production
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of kitting tasks
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Shift Hours:

1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm plus overtime as required

Pay:

$16.00

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment
