Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
• Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
• Communicate, communicate, communicate.
• You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged.
• Provide customers and managers with accurate information.

• Write new lines of insurance business

• Follow consistent processes for:

• Quoting policies

• Lead Follow up

• Application completion

• Understand and follow underwriting guidelines

• Ensure all documents are completed and correct

• Manage prospecting campaigns

• Stay ahead of company/state required training

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Business attire.
• Ability to manage yourself when needed.
