The role

**What You’ll Do*** Own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, and production reliability* Build and manage secure environments for AI research workflows and institutional deployments* Implement infrastructure best practices across access control, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and incident response* Lead SOC II readiness and ongoing process ownership, including evidence collection, controls, policies, and vendor coordination* Partner with AI and quant teams to support scalable, secure production systems* Improve internal developer workflows, deployment speed, and infrastructure reliability**What We’re Looking For*** Strong experience managing production cloud infrastructure* Experience with cloud security, networking, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code* Familiarity with SOC II, security controls, audit readiness, or compliance processes* Ability to own infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving startup environment* Strong judgment around security, reliability, and operational tradeoffs* Experience supporting AI, data-intensive, or enterprise-facing systems is a strong plus
