Our team brings together world-class expertise in the microbiome and genomics fields, who have published nearly a dozen first-author papers in top journals like Science, Nature Biotech, and Nature Methods. Our technology platform allows us to access broad swaths of unexplored microbial diversity, to screen these strains for novel functionalities, and to assemble them into novel, stable microbial communities using proprietary experimental and computational approaches Our work is defining an entirely new engineering discipline, in which we are building the capacity to design new microbial communities from scratch within a nearly infinite design space. This combines robotic and software automation, high throughput screening, microbiology, data science and statistics, machine learning, and genomics and in a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment.

The role

## OverviewKingdom creates and sells natural functional ingredients that actually work. Our Superculture® ingredients are an entirely new class of clinically-validated postbiotics that target the root causes of unmet health needs. Superculture® Pet Oral and Superculture® Pet Immune are our first two breakthrough ingredients for pet health, driving industry-leading efficacy and unlocking new marketing claims for brands. By the end of 2025, we will have run 10 clinical studies on our Superculture® ingredients, giving them unparalleled validation compared to other ingredients on the market.Kingdom is the trusted ingredient partner of top brands, with two pet Superculture® ingredients in market today and a first human Superculture® ingredient in development.
