The role

* Own small operational problems before they become leadership problems.* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, equipment issues, cleaning, pest control, signage, trash, and supply issues.* Escalate serious issues quickly and clearly.* Be willing to do hands-on work when needed.* Keep cafes operational, safe, and presentable.**What we are looking for*** 3 to 8+ years of multi-unit cafe, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-casual operations experience.* Experience managing Store Managers, Shift Leads, or multi-location teams.* Strong understanding of labor, inventory, waste, scheduling, training, and store-level profitability.* Hands-on leadership style.* High standards for cleanliness, speed, product quality, and hospitality.* Ability to read numbers and turn them into action.* Strong communicator who can be direct without creating drama.* Comfortable operating in a startup environment with incomplete systems.* Willing to work nights, weekends, early mornings, and emergencies when needed.* No ego. Must be willing to jump behind the bar, clean, move furniture, stock shelves, handle vendors, or solve whatever problem is in front of them.**Ideal background*** Market Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager at a fast-casual, cafe, juice, coffee, or hospitality brand.* Experience at companies like Joe & The Juice, Blank Street, Starbucks, Blue Bottle, Sweetgreen, Cava, Chipotle, Pret, Philz, Equator, or a strong independent cafe group.* Experience opening new locations is a major plus.* Experience in high-volume urban stores is a major plus.* Military, hospitality, or intense field-operations background is a plus.**Traits that matter*** High integrity.* High urgency.* Calm under pressure.* Strong work ethic.* Low drama.* Direct communicator.* Detail obsessed.* Comfortable with chaos.* Strong with people and numbers.* Leads from the front.* Takes ownership without waiting to be asked.**Within 30 days*** You understand every cafe in your market.* You know the team, the managers, the biggest operational problems, and the daily routines.* You have fixed obvious gaps in cleanliness, stocking, scheduling, and accountability.**Within 60 days*** Store Managers are executing better.* Standards are more consistent.* Labor, waste, inventory, and customer experience are improving.* The market feels more organized and less reactive.**Within 90 days*** The cafes in your market are operating with clear routines, stronger managers, better numbers, and fewer escalations.* New openings are smoother.* Leadership trusts you to own the market without constant supervision.**Compensation**Competitive base salary plus performance-based upside. Final compensation depends on experience, market, and scope of responsibility.**Why this role matters**Corgi Cafe is scaling quickly.
