### **About This Role:**Hillclimb is looking for a research engineer to join the team to assist with the following objectives:* Synthetic data generation pipelines to create RL environments.* Creating pipelines to ensure quality on generated environments.### **Preferred Experience:*** Strong understanding of foundational NLP & RL Techniques.* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design.* Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, C++, or similar) on Linux systems, with experience building large-scale services, infrastructure tooling, or distributed systems.* Ability to reason about trade-offs between performance, reliability, and maintainability.* General SWE experiences and experience with LLM training is a bonus.
