The role

**What we’re building**\[**Respan**](https://www.respan.ai/) is building the self-driving observability and evals platform for AI teams, used by 60+ YC companies and hundreds of AI teams.**The role**You will work on everything from the backend tracing pipeline and eval framework to the React dashboard that thousands of AI teams use daily. We are a small team, so you will own features end-to-end. This role is for someone who is comfortable jumping between Python and TypeScript, cares about both system design and user experience, and wants to ship things that matter every week.**What you’ll do:*** Build and ship product features across the full stack (React, Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL)* Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and real-time systems* Collaborate directly with founders and customers to scope and prioritize work* Own features from design through deployment and iteration* Contribute to infrastructure decisions and system architecture**What you must have:*** Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js or Python* Comfortable building and deploying production web applications* Ability to move fast and ship iteratively in an early-stage environment**Strong plus:*** Experience with data-intensive applications or observability tools* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or similar databases* Background in developer tools or B2B SaaS* Good instincts for product and user experience
