The role

**The role**Working directly with the founders, you will improve client-facing and internal software with full ownership: frontend, backend, infrastructure. You will work with Claude Code and Codex.Specifically, you will:• Maintain and improve client-facing software – knowledge management, data extraction, embedded agents, connectors with 3rd party software, continuous improvement of UX/UI based on feedback, self-improving loops• Build AI agents that run the business – working with growth staff, automate business workflows toward full automation˜**Requirements**• High agency and ownership mentality• Tasteful and able to judge independently from consensus or AI slop• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript• Ability to work across the stack• Located in Paris, fluency in French and English required˜**Nice to have**• Academic excellence• 2 – 5 years shipping software in venture-backed tech companies• Demonstrated track-record building with AI tools and managing multiple coding sessions• Familiarity with data science and/or statistics
