We’re building an AI-native, agentic platform that powers the full warranty lifecycle: real-time plan quoting at checkout, policy issuance, automated claims intake, adjudication, and fulfillment (repair/replacement/reimbursement), plus internal tooling for operations, compliance, and finance. The hard problems we work on: * Agentic workflows with strong guardrails: automating high-volume decisions while preserving auditability, compliance, and a great customer experience * Real-time dynamic pricing: combining product/merchant/context and other signals to prepare pricing dynamically * OEM warranty understanding: LLM-based parsing of manufacturer warranties and coverage rules into machine-readable policy logic * Claims automation: document/intake normalization, fraud/abuse signals, decisioning, vendor routing, and SLA reliability * Deep commerce integrations: Shopify and other e-commerce/POS surfaces, plus partner APIs, built to be fast, resilient, and easy to adopt Our stack is cloud-native and product-velocity oriented: * TypeScript and Python across services and data/ML * Postgres for core systems of record; Redis for caching/queues where needed * Event-driven architecture (pub/sub style messaging) for reliability and scalability * Data warehouse + BI for funnel, cohort, and loss analytics * LLM + retrieval (vector search) for policy/claims reasoning and internal copilots * CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and security controls designed for regulated workflows (logging, permissions, audit trails) * AWS, Azure, Claude Code

The role

**Location: Gurgaon, India (in-person)\Type: Full-time**SureBright is building the world’s first AI-native, agentic warranty company. In line with that, we’re looking for a high-agency software engineer to work directly with the founders on fast-moving experiments, internal tools, prototypes, growth automations, and website/product initiatives. This is not a traditional engineering role where you only pick up tickets from a roadmap. You’ll help identify opportunities, build scrappy first versions, automate workflows, launch experiments quickly, and turn winning ideas into reliable systems.**What you’ll do*** Create automations for sales, marketing, GTM, and ops workflows* Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms, and conversion flows* Build small experiments, prototypes, and internal tools at high speed* Work on integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, marketing tools, and internal systems* Use AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, to accelerate development and shipping velocity* Help team test new ideas quickly before they are scaled into core product* Improve internal workflows through scripts, dashboards, lightweight apps, and agentic automations* Own projects end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, measuring results, and iterating**Examples of projects you may work on*** Build a prototype for a new D2C purchase or claims experience* Launch a landing page experiment tied to paid campaigns or outbound sales* Create internal tools to automate lead enrichment, outreach workflows, or reporting* Build AI-powered workflows for support, GTM, or internal research* Maintain and improve company websites and growth-focused product surfaces* Connect tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms, email systems, and internal databases**Who you are*** You are highly technical, fast, and resourceful* You enjoy ambiguity and can turn rough ideas into working software quickly* You care about business outcomes, not just code quality in isolation* You are comfortable jumping between product, growth, ops, and engineering tasks* You like building from 0 to 1 and can ship without heavy process* You use modern AI coding tools fluently and know how to get real leverage from them**Requirements*** Strong software engineering fundamentals* Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows* Experience building web apps, scripts, automations, and integrations end-to-end* Comfortable working across frontend, backend* Ability to ship prototypes fast without losing good engineering judgment* Strong problem-solving and communication skills* Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders**Strong preference for*** Experience in startup environments or founder’s office / special projects roles* Experience with growth engineering, GTM engineering, marketing automations, or internal tools* Experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages* Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, Python, APIs, automation tools, and cloud deployment* Experience integrating AI/LLM workflows into real business processes**What success looks like*** You ship fast and create measurable business impact* Experiments go live quickly and are instrumented properly* Internal teams become faster because of the tools and automations you build* You are trusted by the team to take rough ideas and turn them into useful systems without heavy oversight**Why this role is exciting*** Very high ownership and direct founder access* Broad scope across growth, sales, marketing, GTM, operations, and product* Opportunity to work on real AI-native workflows, not just traditional software features* Chance to help build a category-defining company in a massive industry* Your work will directly influence revenue, efficiency, and product direction**How to Apply*** Please ensure your profile is up to date and includes a link to your LinkedIn.* In your application message, share 3 things you’ve built or shipped, the impact they had, and how did you use AI.
