If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.# What you'll be doing- Lead infosec regulatory compliance for our Argentina entities - Act as the designated security responsible with local regulators, prepare audit responses, and engage directly in Spanish - Detection & Response - build and tune detection rules and alert pipelines in our SIEM, map coverage to MITRE ATT&CK, and own incident response playbooks and tabletop exercises - Cloud Security - assess and harden cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), drive posture management, and close identified gaps across our cloud environments - Application Security - contribute to threat modelling, secure code review, CI/CD pipeline security, and penetration testing coordination - Identity & Access Management - drive least-privilege enforcement, oversee provisioning/deprovisioning automation, and improve entitlement review processes - Endpoint & Network Security - oversee EDR deployment and coverage, enforce device compliance policies, and validate endpoint controls - Data Protection - define and implement DLP controls across collaboration tools, cloud storage, and internal platforms - Threat Intelligence - monitor external threat feeds, track brand exposure, and integrate intelligence into detection and response workflows - Security Governance - support vendor due diligence, contribute to policy development, and maintain compliance evidence for audits (SOC2, regulatory) # What you'll need- 7+ years in information security with hands-on technical depth — this is not a purely managerial role - Strong cloud security background (AWS, Kubernetes) and experience with SIEM platforms - Experience interfacing with financial regulators and leading compliance audits - Full professional fluency in Spanish - you will represent the company with regulators#
